- Plan and execute testing and validation procedures for engineering projects.

- Develop detailed test plans and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Analyse test data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.

- Collaborate with design and production teams to address issues and implement solutions.

- Document test results and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

- Maintain testing equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functional.

- Support product development by identifying potential risks and failure points.

- Stay updated on the latest testing technologies and methodologies.

A successful Test and Validation Engineer should have:

- Strong technical knowledge of testing and validation processes in Automotive manufacturing environments.

- Proficiency in using testing equipment and data analysis tools.





- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- A degree in Mechatronics engineering or a related field.
