An iconic Australian retailer is seeking an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager to play a key role in a major ERP transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing delivery team and lead the end-to-end testing function across a complex enterprise implementation.

This is a full-time contract role with an immediate start, based in Melbourne's inner city, with three days per week onsite.

As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for the full testing lifecycle—from developing the test strategy and planning approach through to execution, defect management, and successful delivery. A strong understanding of how ERP platforms integrate with broader retail systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the testing team, ensuring successful delivery across all phases of testing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all testing-related queries, risks, and issues.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans aligned with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Oversee test execution, monitor progress, and ensure effective defect identification, prioritisation,



and resolution.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to ensure quality outcomes.
- Ensure all testing activities, documentation, and reporting are completed to a high standard.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

- Extensive experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager delivering end-to-end testing across large-scale retail transformation programs.
- Proven experience testing ERP implementations, with strong knowledge of platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise solutions.
- A solid understanding of ERP integration with retail systems and business processes.
- Strong experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, collaborative, and resilient approach with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
