About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Production Team. This is a hands-on role with full training provided and genuine opportunities to grow as your skills and knowledge develop.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating machinery and loading braiding machines

- Learning to wind and twist yarns

- Yarn loading and general yarn maintenance

- Assisting in the dispatch area when required

- Ongoing training and skill development across production processes

About You

While the role may appear simple at first glance, it requires a sharp mind, initiative,



and attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and ready to grow with the business.

This position would suit a dedicated, fit, and proactive person looking for a long-term direction in a specialised manufacturing workplace. You won’t be spoon-fed — independence and drive are essential.

We are currently located at 5/14 Technology Drive, Arundel, 4214 Gold Coast. We going to be upgrading to a larger factory in Yatala in November/December this year, so please consider this for your daily commutes.
