Sydney CBD | Hybrid | $120,000 - $140,000 + super

Our client is Australia's fastest growing health and wellness brand offering the widest range of premium science backed products under one roof. Named Best Holistic Wellness Brand 2025 they support more than 350,000 athletes doctors and customers worldwide and are now building a world class team from their state of the art Sydney CBD office.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director the Trading Manager owns the demand forecast stock visibility and the operational loop between marketing and operations. You'll be the single point of accountability for what the business expects to sell what they have to sell and what marketing needs to know about it.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning and maintaining the master demand forecast across: DTC B2B affiliate and PR sample channels by SKU and by month
- Managing Shopify promotional setup including: Discount codes automatic discounts and sale pricing & Product launches bundles and stock configuration
- Working directly with Operations on stock levels inbound shipments and sell-through pacing
- Producing a weekly Stock at Risk report and flagging oversell risks before they become problems
- Tracking daily run rate against forecast including: Revenue units AOV and conversion rate
- Running live trade monitoring and daily flash reports through major sale events




- Maintaining pricing and discount architecture across DTC and B2B while protecting margin
- Presenting the monthly trade and stock view to senior stakeholders and leadership

The successful candidate will have:

- Hands-on Shopify experience including promotional setup pricing and stock management
- 5+ years in DTC ecommerce trading forecasting or merchandise planning ideally with multi-channel exposure
- Proven forecasting experience at SKU level across multiple regions warehouses or channels
- Solid analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets and comfort with large data sets
- Experience working directly with Operations or supply chain teams
- Excellent written communication for cross-functional briefs and trade reporting
- Highly organised and comfortable owning a recurring reporting cadence end to end
- Experience in wellness beauty supplements or premium consumer goods is highly regarded
- Familiarity with Asana Klaviyo Looker or Tableau is a bonus
