Workforce Road Services is seeking experienced Traffic Controllers and Team Leaders for ongoing projects throughout Sydney and the Blue Mountains.

We have a variety of day, night and weekend shifts available, including call-out work. This is a great opportunity for reliable and safety-focused workers looking for consistent work across a range of projects.

About You

You will be an experienced traffic control professional who:

- Has a strong commitment to safety
- Is reliable, punctual and professional
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Communicates effectively with clients, supervisors and crew members
- Is flexible and available for day, night and weekend shifts
- Is willing to travel across Sydney and the Blue Mountains when required

Essential Requirements

Applicants must hold:
- Current unrestricted Driver Licence - no learner licences
- Reliable personal transport
- White Card - General Construction Induction
- Current Traffic Controller (Blue Card)




- Current Implement Traffic Control Plans (Yellow Card)
- TfNSW Workers on Foot qualification
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability for varying shifts, including nights, weekends and call-outs

Team Leader Requirements

Team Leader applicants must also hold:
- Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan (Red Card)
- Demonstrated experience leading traffic control crews
- Strong communication, planning and site-management skills
- The ability to complete required site documentation accurately
