Career Employment Group Inc are seeking a Trainer and Assessor for its dynamic and contemporary hospitality training division, Adelaide Institute of Hospitality (RTO 40138).

The requirements of the role will be to deliver compliant hospitality training to our clients in our vibrant and growing training facility. This a full time position working from our highly regarded training facility in Adelaide’s CBD (part time may be considered for the right candidate).

The position requires you to:

- Have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and a desire to train South Australia’s future Hospitality employees.
- Deliver SIT20421 Certificate II in Cookery and SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery to students in accordance with training legislation
- Ability to deliver training to a diverse cohort of clients predominately senior school students as part of vocational education pathways
- Establish and maintain industry relationships to ensure that the training and assessment services are aligned with industry expectations
- Be versatile with working hours to meet the needs of our valued clients
- This role may require intra-state travel

To be successful in the role:





- You will have a minimum 2 years’ current experience in the Hospitality industry (Experience as head chef and trainer would be highly regarded); and
- You will hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery; and
- You will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40116, TAE40122 or its successor; and
- Full Drivers licence and reliable transport.
