About the Opportunity

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about process integrity? We’re looking for a full time permanent State Pallet Controller based in Canning Vale to oversee pallet management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across operations.

In This Role

- Ensure accurate pallet transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor compliance with national pallet management standards.
- Conduct audits, stocktakes, and process reviews for data integrity.
- Train and support teams on pallet control procedures.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations teams and trading partners to drive efficiency.

You’re Likely a Match If

- Previous experience in 2IC pallet system is essential.
- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in pallet control systems and reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or equipment control (pallet management experience is a plus).
