You’ll be the primary contact for customers’ vehicle repairs and maintenance, and you’ll support the Service Manager in operations, coordinating workflow and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will mentor junior advisors, drive current business for the service department, liaise with the workshop for timely repairs, and promote dealership services.
