About the Candidate
Applicants must hold current registration and have excellent interpersonal skills, showing the ability to relate to patients, family members and other health care providers.
Applicants must be able to work day, evening and night shifts as rostered.
Responsibilities
Provide rehabilitation and geriatric evaluation and management services, ensuring optimal independence for patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality care.
Qualifications
Current registration in the relevant health profession.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work a rostered schedule including day, evening and night shifts.
