About the Role
In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on support across risk and control management, incidents, issues, treatment plans, risk assessments, process analysis and project/change activity. You’ll work closely with Line 1 teams, risk leaders and stakeholders across the business to support retail banking through effective risk management, practical risk advice and strong control outcomes. You’ll also be involved in analyzing complex data, providing feedback on policies and procedures, supporting remediation activities and helping drive risk awareness across the business. This is a great opportunity to step into a role where your curiosity, attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills will make a real impact.
About You
- Experience in financial services, ideally within banking, with a strong understanding of non‑financial risk management.
- Confident working with data, able to interpret information and present insights clearly.
- Robust relationship‑building skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work across a broad range of stakeholders and organisational levels.
- Experience with stakeholder management, risk and controls, incidents, issues or treatment plans highly valued.
- A tertiary qualification in risk management, law, business, finance or a related discipline would be highly regarded, along with experience in a non‑financial risk role.
