About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the delivery of high-quality products to internal and external customers. This individual should strive daily to continuously improve our service standards for all customers. This position maintains hands‑on involvement in the day‑to‑day activities, which include but are not limited to pull orders.

Fulfil daily tyre mounting orders for press on, pneumatic and resilient tyres

Assist day-to-day functions of the warehouse. This includes but is not limited to receiving, shipping, tyre mounting, painting, and wheel workshop areas

Pull orders based on time sensitivity

Load and unload ground trucks

Operate hoists, lifts, and other mounting machinery

Read daily job assignments

Follow basic safety protocol

Use of hand tools and small pieces or parts

Palletize and band product

Prepare wheels for orders

High school diploma or general education degree

Organisational skills,



attention to detail, the ability to multi‑task and follow‑through are necessary

Be a self‑starter working well in an independent environment

Must be able to follow written or verbal directions on daily basis

Ability to perform basic mathematical functions

One year of experience working in a warehousing environment is preferred

Knowledge of mounting procedures, techniques and equipment used for mounting press‑on, pneumatic or resilient tyres or tyres for industrial equipment, is preferred

Mechanical aptitude required

Lifting up to 35 kilograms, bending, climbing steps, and standing for an extended period of time

Experience operating forklift equipment is required

Ability to follow safety protocol and procedures

Shipping, receiving, or order pulling experience preferred
