Casual Brand Ambassador and Event Staff

- Employment type: Casual
- Location:Newcaslte, NSW (on-site, within the CBD)
- Rate:starts at $33.85 per hour (adult rate), with rates varying based on the role and event requirements.

Role Requirements (non-negotiable):

1. MUST have experience inany client- or customer-facing/service role (e.g. retail, hospitality, or similar industries).

2. MUST meet at least ONE of the following criteria:

- holds a current WWCC (NSW, employee-type) or RSA (NSW Competency Card)
- previous experience in Sales/Lead Generation within a KPI-driven setting.
- previous experience as a Mascot, Costume Character or Promotional Character at events, activations, or similar engagements.

As a Casual Brand Ambassador and Event Staff, your tasks may include:

- Representing a variety of brands,



products, and services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Distributing promotional materials, samples, and giveaways to engage potential customers
- Delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport and generating leads
- Supporting in event operations, including food & beverage service, guest registration, event hosting, and ticketing
- Working as part of concerts, festivals, and merchandise teams
- Assisting with event setup, pack-down, and general on-site logistics
- Bringing events to life by performing as a mascot or fun costume characters (if you're up for it!)
- Providing reliable business support tailored to our clients' needs
- Creating memorable experiences by bringing positive energy and outstanding vibes to every event!

The Ideal Candidate

- Naturally outgoing, friendly and energetic people with a positive and can-do attitude!
- Confident communicators with strong English skills who can follow guidelines and procedures with ease.

- Must be reasonably fit — you'll be on your feet, moving around and having fun!

Bonus Skills/Experiences/Qualifications (great to have, NOT required)

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team
- Has a valid Driver's Licence (NSW)
- Has access to a car
- Bilingual / Multilingual speakers
