Rays International Construction Pty Ltd is a growing construction company based in Victoria, delivering high-quality residential, commercial and civil construction projects. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Drafter to join our professional team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and project managers to prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and documentation for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, plans and layouts using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Produce construction documentation in accordance with Australian Standards and project specifications.
- Interpret engineering designs and convert concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and project compliance.
- Revise drawings based on engineering changes and client requirements.




- Maintain drawing registers and project documentation.
- Assist with site measurements and technical support where required.

Skills and Experience

- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering Drafting, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant drafting experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with Civil 3D will be an advantage).
- Strong understanding of civil construction principles and Australian drafting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
