Your Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car-buying process

- Provide expert product knowledge and advice on our leading brands

- Conduct test drives, present pricing options, and negotiate deals

- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets

- Build your own business within our business

What We're Looking For

- Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not essential)

- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service

- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target-driven environment

- Valid driver's license

- Applicants to have easy access to South Eastern Suburbs (Chadstone)
