We're now seeking an organised and enthusiastic Service Administrator to support our Services Coordinator and keep our office running smoothly as our team continues to grow. Key Responsibilities

- Support the Services Coordinator with day-to-day coordination — logging client requests, updating shared calendars, and confirming appointments.

- Enter data, including supplier purchase and work orders, inventory records, and supporting documentation

- Process completed job records, prepare service reports, and file documentation for audit and compliance





- Update website content and manage our social media channels to keep our online presence fresh and engaging

- Assist with ad hoc tasks and general office support across the team as needed

Skills & Experience

- No previous experience required — full training provided; a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most

- High computer literacy with accurate data entry and strong attention to detail

- Confident with everyday tools and keen to learn our systems (e.g. Reckon, Buildxact, WordPress); social media experience is a bonus

- Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle competing priorities

- Excellent customer service across written, phone, and face-to-face channels

- Collaborative, adaptable, and positive about change

- Current Australian Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check

- Must be authorised to work in Australia
