Your daily responsibilities:

- All aspects of face-to-face, phone and, email sales transactions
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
- Opening & Closing

Your skills and experience:

- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks quickly and to be adaptable.
- High level of communication, customer service,



and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic with an excellent team and big picture focus.
- Positive, friendly and outcome focused.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
- Hands‑on "Doer" and "Finisher".
- RELIABLE & ACCURATE with a high level of integrity.
- Minimum 2 years Level 3 Retail experience.
