At One Tree Altona North Children’s Service, we’re proud to be a vibrant part of our local community. Our service includes a nursery, toddler room, pre-kindergarten, integrated kindergarten, and sessional kindergarten—all thoughtfully designed to meet the diverse needs of local families. We’re always evolving to reflect the interests, culture, and development of the children in our care.

We’re seeking a casual educator with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our flexible, passionate, and welcoming team.

What We’re Looking For

- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds is a plus

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

- Supporting and guiding children through meaningful, play-based learning experiences
- Building strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues
- Promoting inclusive practices and reflective teaching
- Contributing to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies
