About Our Client

Our client is a growing security organisation with a strong reputation for professionalism and quality service. They are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator / Team Assistant to join their close-knit team and support their continued growth.

Duties Include

- Coordinate staff rostering and scheduling
- Assist with recruitment activities, including interview coordination and onboarding support
- Provide administration support to the divisional team
- Manage timesheets and ensure accuracy of records
- Assist with company compliance requirements, including tracking licences and certifications
- Support day-to-day operations and team coordination
- Maintain reports, records and operational documentation




- Coordinate meetings, calendars and internal communications
- Assist with general office administration and team support
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure processes run efficiently
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support as required

About You

- Strong administration background
- Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Operations Coordinator, PA or similar support role
- Corporate experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a rapid-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable and team-focused approach
