The Elastomers VIC is seeking a Process Worker to join its production team in a fast-paced rubber manufacturing workplace. You will operate molding presses, set up equipment, prepare components, apply adhesives and inspect products, while completing paperwork and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Reporting to the Team Leader/Production Manager, you will work Monday to Friday with a 5am start, contributing to safety, quality and efficiency.
