We are currently seeking a professional, organised and motivated Weighbridge Operator to join our team.

This is a diverse role that combines weighbridge operations, transport logistics, customer service and administration. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient service.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of our weighbridge while supporting the day-to-day logistics and administrative functions of the business.

- Operating the weighbridge accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinating truck movements and transport logistics.
- Processing delivery dockets, invoices and transport documentation.
- Liaising professionally with customers, drivers and suppliers.
- Performing accurate data entry and maintaining electronic records.
- Providing administrative support to the operations team.
- Assisting with scheduling and general logistics coordination.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant legislative requirements.

- Excellent organisational and logistical coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Advanced computer skills with a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work both independently and as part of a team.

- A professional, reliable and positive approach to work.

The following experience will be highly regarded but is not essential:

- Weighbridge operations.
- Transport and logistics administration.
- Chain of Responsibility (CoR) knowledge.
- Heavy vehicle industry experience.
- Quarrying, mining or construction industries.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position.

Due to the nature of our operations, flexibility is essential. Applicants must be available to work between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, as required by operational demands.

While these are the hours of availability required, rostered hours will vary depending on project requirements and workload. During quieter periods, working hours will reduce accordingly, providing greater flexibility.
