ABOUT THE ROLE:

Casual Educators play an essential part of our team at Where We Grow, providing support to our permanent team members and, of course, the children in our care. Where we grow Emerald are currently looking for casual educators.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

- Collaborate with and support the team in delivering our educational programs.
- Provide quality care and education for the children in our service.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both children and families.
- Foster a nurturing and safe environment for all children.

As a key team member at our Emerald service, you'll be instrumental in shaping young learners' educational journeys. This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children to help guide children's learning.

TO THRIVE YOU WILL NEED:

- Previous experience working in a childcare setting
- Cert lll or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A genuine love for making a meaningful impact on a child's learning experience
