Landscape Architect – Local Government | $65ph + Super

Location: Sydney's Inner West

Contract: ASAP start until December 2026, with possibility of extension

Rate: $65ph + Super

About the Role

We're partnering with Government in Sydney's Inner West looking for an experienced Landscape Architect on a contract basis. This is a outstanding opportunity to join a busy and experienced team delivering a diverse mix of design and strategic work across the public domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Landscape design across all stages: Site analysis, concept design, detailed design, and construction documentation
- Supporting construction input and commissioning of projects on site
- Delivering park upgrade, playground projects and street design from concept through to delivery
- Reviewing and contributing to Street Design Guides and other strategic planning documents
- Reviewing Development Applications and preparing referral comments





About You

- Degree-qualified Landscape Architect (or equivalent) with relevant local government or public domain experience
- 3+ years PQE experience
- Strong technical design skills across the full project lifecycle
- Comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and reviewing strategic/planning documentation
- Experience with DA referral processes highly regarded
- Experience working with State or Local Government is desirable
