As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll work closely with warehouses, 3PL providers, freight partners, and internal teams to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, process invoices, and ensure seamless supply chain operations. This role reports to the General Manager and will be part of the Supply Chain team.

What you’ll do

Monitor stock levels and support timely product deliveries to retailers by coordinating with warehouses, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.

Manage ERP/POS systems (e.g., SAP), including SKU creation, order entry, order confirmation, product allocation, inventory transactions, and cost coding.

Coordinate monthly warehouse shipping schedules and liaise with retail partners to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries.

Track inbound shipments and maintain accurate shipment status reports to ensure visibility across the supply chain.

Monitor purchase order (PO) status, shipment timelines, and delivery confirmations,



proactively following up on any delays or discrepancies.

Support inventory control and material management activities to improve stock accuracy, minimize variances, and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Create and process purchase orders, invoices, and other logistics documentation to support efficient stock replenishment and supply chain operations.

Maintain accurate records of inbound, outbound, transfer, and adjustment inventory transactions within company systems.

Liaise with HQ, third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and transportation partners to resolve delivery, inventory, and operational issues.

Review, verify, and process warehouse, freight, and shipment‑related invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment.

Manage invoice administration for third‑party logistics (3PL) service providers, including invoice reconciliation, cost verification, dispute resolution, and adherence to agreed service rates.

Support logistics cost control by monitoring transportation, warehousing, and 3PL expenses and identifying discrepancies for resolution.

Prepare and maintain logistics, inventory, and cost reports to support operational analysis and decision‑making.

Provide administrative and operational support across logistics, warehousing, distribution, and broader supply chain activities.

What you’ll bring

Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory control, or warehouse operations.

Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and invoice processing.

Experience managing logistics, warehouse, freight, or 3PL invoices is highly desirable.

Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced workplace.
