We currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Petersham RSL Club who will be able to work in various areas throughout the club such as Bar, Gaming, Reception and TAB on a casual basis. Our club, located in Petersham, NSW 2049, is a vibrant and friendly community hub that offers a range of services to our members and guests.

As a Club Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on interacting with people.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operating cash registers and handling payments accurately
- Providing information about club facilities and promotions
- Monitoring and servicing gaming areas to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assisting with tab operations and processing customer bets




- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.

Requirements:

- RSA, RCG and ARCG certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong attention to detail
