The Salvation Army Employment Plus is seeking a dedicated Employment Consultant to support participants in the Workforce Australia program at the Boronia site. You will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with job seekers, and help them overcome barriers to secure sustainable employment.

You will identify and address obstacles, equip participants with tools and confidence, and work toward achieving business KPIs.
