About the role
This is a full-time position working across commercial and residential polished concrete projects throughout Melbourne’s south east. We’ll train you from the ground up — but our goal is to get you operating and managing your own jobs as quickly as possible. We’re not looking for someone to hand tools to forever; we’re looking for someone who wants to grow into a key part of the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing, polishing, and finishing concrete floors to a high standard on a range of project types
- Operating specialised polishing machinery safely and effectively
- Learning to plan and coordinate jobs from start to finish
- Working directly with clients and builders to deliver great results on time
- Progressing toward managing your own projects
What we’re looking for
- Someone based in Melbourne’s south east — Dandenong, Ringwood, Berwick, Cranbourne, Croydon, Lilydale, or surrounding areas
- Experience in concrete polishing or a related trade is a bonus — but we’ll train the right person from scratch
- A robust eye for detail and a real commitment to quality
- Physically fit and happy to be on your feet all day
- Good communicator who can work well with a team and clients alike
- Reliable, self-motivated, and hungry to take on responsibility
