Uniting NSW& ACT is seeking a full time Quality Improvement Advisor to provide specialist quality management coaching to local operational teams across Kingscliff, Yamba, and Goonellabah. The role includes implementing quality strategies, audits, and incident management with monthly travel between sites.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in quality improvement in health or aged care, with a passion for social change and the ability to influence within a large organisation.
