Brightscope HR is looking for a Welder to work the Day shift for an ongoing position for our client based in Dandenong South!

About the role:

Schedule - 5 days a week / (8 hour days)

Day shift - Start 6am / Finish 2pm

Ongoing role

In office car park

Duties include but not limited:

- Will be responsible for the assembly of custom and stock grate products.
- Must be able to operate necessary welding equipment required for product assembly (Primarily MIG)
- Must be able to read and interpret order drawings
- Will be required to cut materials to length in preparation for assembly of ordered product.
- No excessive heavy lifting required, however will be required to occasionally lift between 20-25kg.




- Completing the required documentation to maintain quality and safety within the business.
- Ability to complete job orders and job onsite requirements in a safe and timely manner.
- Working in accordance with company policies and procedures and participating in consultation regarding risks, hazards and other OH&S; issues.

To be considered for this role:

- Mig Welding Exp.
- Hand and power tool Exp.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to perform manual labour and lift up to 25 kilograms.
- Must have Own car and licence
