The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Cookto join our team at Richmond Lodge to join our North-Western Region.
- Knowledge and experience in working to the compliance of the Food Safety Standards to HACCP level
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Understanding of resident's rights, person-centred care and dignity of risk
- Ability to manage change efficiently and effectively
- Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Special Dietary needs
- Experience in Aged Care desirable
- Team player who is highly motivated
- Availability to work weekend shifts
