engagement and accountabilityDrive engagement, retention, recognition, wellbeing and employee experience initiativesSupport change, growth and transformation initiatives with clarity and careLead talent, succession, workforce planning and leadership capability conversationsChampion diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing and belongingUse people insights and data to influence better business outcomesAbout youYou're an experienced People & Culture leader who can operate with influence, judgement and commercial credibility.
