Job Description

- Ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
- Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture.
- Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S; culture.
- Work closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence.
- Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us.
- Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable.
- Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded.
