We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Automotive Technician to join the team at Audi Richmond . This role is responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional ownership experience for our customers.
Working closely with the Workshop Controller and Service team, you will play a key role in maintaining vehicle performance, safety, and customer satisfaction while representing one of the world's leading premium automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Conducting vehicle inspections and identifying additional maintenance requirements
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership processes
- Maintaining a clean, secure, and organised work environment
- Collaborating with Service Advisors and other technicians to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Participating in ongoing manufacturer training and development programs
About You
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician
- Diagnostic and fault-finding experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Current driver's licence required
