Position Overview

Senior Market Access Manager – Barangaroo, Australia. Permanent role that will drive market access for Sanofi products in the ANZ region and report to the Head of Market Access.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute pricing and reimbursement strategies to optimise product access.
- Conduct reimbursement feasibility assessments and evidence planning.
- Prepare high-quality submissions to PBAC, MSAC, PHARMAC and other HTA bodies.
- Coordinate pricing and listing processes across the portfolio.
- Manage responses to post‑market cost‑effectiveness and utilisation reviews.
- Support industry consultations related to market access, reimbursement and pricing.
- Maintain awareness of pricing, reimbursement and health‑policy developments in ANZ.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, brand teams and external partners, including government departments and market‑access key opinion leaders.
- Represent Sanofi on industry bodies such as Medicines Australia when required.
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, procurement of external consultants and vendor logistics.
- Promote a culture of safety: maintain a valid driver licence, adhere to the Driver Safety Policy and report incidents promptly.





Essential Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in health economics/market access within the pharmaceutical or related healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of developing market access strategies and preparing pricing and reimbursement submissions.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of the Australian and New Zealand pricing, reimbursement and policy environment.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. science, pharmacy, economics).
- Must hold a full driver licence.

Desirable Qualifications

- Experience across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Post‑graduate qualifications in health economics, biostatistics, public health, epidemiology or related fields.
