We are seeking a commercially minded leader who merges operational excellence with genuine people leadership. Compliance protects the business, but culture and accountability drive growth.

The Opportunity

This is a true leadership role with influence across every part of the business.

Working closely with the Director, you will become the trusted second‑in‑command, providing strategic direction across Sales, Property Management, Finance and Operations while ensuring the highest professional and legislative standards.

You will have the authority to improve systems, develop leaders, strengthen accountability and create an environment where clients and staff thrive.

It is not about maintaining the status quo but about shaping what comes next.

Your Role

Your days will be wide-ranging, strategic and hands‑on where required. You will be responsible for:

- Leading the business from an operational and compliance perspective
- Acting as the agency's licensed real‑estate agent and bona fide control holder
- Building a culture of accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement
- Coaching department leaders to improve performance and consistency
- Ensuring trust accounting, compliance obligations and legislative requirements are managed to the highest standard
- Reviewing business processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and growth




- Supporting the continued expansion of the sales business, rent roll and finance division
- Managing escalated client matters with confidence and professionalism
- Providing practical leadership that earns respect rather than demands it

About You

- A current full real estate agent's licence
- Strong working knowledge of compliance, legislation and trust accounting
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk, growth and people
- Confidence leading experienced professionals while maintaining strong relationships
- Exceptional organisational skills and high personal standards
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
