Naiman Clarke is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to lead structured finance and treasury activities in a growing, in-house setting. You will become the internal legal go-to for treasury, banking and financing matters, from structuring through to execution and ongoing management.
You will draft and negotiate complex financing documents, manage external counsel, and help shape governance for a scaling funding platform with direct senior stakeholder exposure.
