Aurora Coach Tours specialises in carefully planned, interstate coach holidays for senior Australian travellers.

Our guests trust us to organise every detail of their holiday, deliver 5 star service every time and give them wonderful memories. Our operations team is central to delivering that experience.

The Position

We are looking for a highly organised and dependable person to help coordinate our tours from the planning stage through to departure and completion.

The Location

Our office is in Newtown, Sydney, surrounded by cafés, shops and excellent public transport.

This is an office-based position because working closely with the rest of our team is an important part of keeping our tours organised and our guests well looked after.

Notice the details and take initiative A missed dietary requirement, incorrect date or unconfirmed booking can create a significant problem once a tour is underway. When you notice that something is missing or does not look right, you investigate it and take action.

Highly organised.

You will often be coordinating several tours, hundreds of individual arrangements and multiple deadlines at the same time. Chances are you won’t know all the places our tours visit. The right person will make it their business to learn Australian geography.

Remain calm when there’s a storm (physically and metaphorically!)

Travel does not always go exactly to plan. We need someone who can assess the situation, communicate clearly and find a practical solution. Can you handle that?

Communicate well.

You will deal with guests, accommodation providers, tourism operators, drivers, tour directors and colleagues every day.

Happy to go above and beyond the call – our guests appreciate this and so do we.
