About the role

Tyrepower Camden is seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter/Wheel Aligner to join our team in Camden, NSW. This is a full time position that plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality tyre and wheel services to our valued customers. As a Tyre Fitter/Wheel Aligner, you will be responsible for fitting, balancing, and aligning tyres and wheels with precision and professionalism.

This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the automotive trades industry and ensuring our customers receive reliable, safe vehicles.

What you'll be doing

- Fitting and removing tyres from vehicles of various makes and models using appropriate equipment and techniques

- Balancing wheels and tyres to manufacturer specifications to ensure smooth operation and vehicle safety

- Performing wheel alignment checks and adjustments using modern alignment equipment

- Inspecting tyres and wheels for damage, wear and defects, and advising customers on replacement or repair options

- Maintaining accurate records of all services performed and parts used

- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards following policy and procedure.

- Providing excellent customer service and communicating recommendations clearly to manager

- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment

- Assisting with stockroom management and related materials

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter and/or Wheel Aligner in the automotive trades industry

- Strong knowledge of tyre fitting, balancing and wheel alignment procedures

- Proficiency with tyre fitting equipment, balancing machines and wheel alignment systems

- Understanding of vehicle safety standards and relevant workplace health and safety regulations





- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship

- Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment

- Solid communication and customer service skills

- Reliability and a positive approach to teamwork
- A current valid driver's licence is essential

- Relevant industry qualifications will be highly regarded
