About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is looking for a creative, user-centered, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive digital experiences across our websites, learning platforms, and business applications. You will work closely with product, marketing, project, and development teams to create engaging interfaces that enhance user satisfaction, improve usability, and support our digital transformation initiatives.

? Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX) Design

- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behaviors and needs.
- Develop user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Analyze user feedback and continuously improve product usability and accessibility.
- Identify user pain points and propose innovative design solutions.
- Ensure designs follow user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.

User Interface (UI) Design
- Design visually engaging and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and interactions across digital products.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Optimize interfaces for performance, responsiveness,



and accessibility across multiple devices.

Collaboration & Product Development
- Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Marketing, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and product planning meetings.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Support continuous product improvement through data-driven design decisions.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Interaction Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a robust portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, Web Design, or Digital Design is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, interaction design, and responsive design principles.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and interactive user interfaces.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.




- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple design projects.
