What We're Looking For

I don't necessarily need someone who's been fitting tyres for thirty years. I need someone who takes pride in doing things properly.

Someone who enjoys talking to customers, solving problems and building relationships.

Someone who doesn't just sell tyres...

They sell confidence.

You'll be the person customers trust when they ask,

"What's the best tyre for my ute?"

"Why is my steering wheel crooked?"

"Why are my tyres wearing out?"





"Can you fix it properly?"

If that sounds like the conversations you enjoy having, you'll probably fit in here.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll obviously be fitting tyres and carrying out wheel alignments, but this role is much bigger than that.

You'll be helping us

- Grow our tyre department
- Build long-term fleet customers
- Deliver accurate wheel alignments
- Diagnose steering and suspension issues
- Recommend tyres that actually suit the customer
- Improve workshop efficiency
- Help develop new tyre sales strategies
- Build one of the best independent tyre businesses in the Northern Territory

You'll work closely alongside our mechanical team because we believe tyres, steering and suspension all go hand in hand.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who:
- Has solid tyre fitting experience
- Is highly competent with wheel alignments
- Can identify suspension and steering faults
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Has great customer service skills
- Wants to build something long term
- Has a positive attitude
- Enjoys being part of a team

Experience with 4WDs, light commercial vehicles and fleet work would be highly regarded.
