As a RAY, you will support founders by managing various aspects of their professional and personal lives and give them back their time and energy.Your Responsibilities- Manage the basic work function of your client: email, calendar, tasks & to-dos, travel, accounting prep- Proactively work to protect your client's time and energy- Work on long horizon projects that improve your client's business and private life- Build and maintain the (AI) tools and automations that make your client more efficient- Help your client effectively delegate administrative tasks to youWhat we look for- Highly motivated and driven individuals who strive for operational excellence- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- High problem solving ability (tested in our assessment center)
