Their AI-powered platform helps property owners, facilities managers and building operators optimise energy efficiency, automate decision‑making, reduce operating costs and improve building performance through intelligent building analytics.
Following continued growth, they're seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff & Business Operations to become the operational right hand to the Global CEO and COO.

The Role:
As Chief of Staff & Business Operations, you'll operate at the centre of the business, partnering directly with the executive leadership team to ensure strategic priorities become measurable outcomes.
You'll oversee business operations, project delivery, executive coordination, governance, finance administration and continuous operational improvement while driving accountability across multiple teams and international stakeholders.
No two days will be the same. You'll remove operational friction, improve business processes, coordinate strategic initiatives and help the leadership team focus on scaling the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with the Global CEO and COO to execute strategic priorities.
- Coordinate business operations across administration, finance, procurement and executive reporting.
- Lead cross‑functional projects and company‑wide operational initiatives.
- Build scalable business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support customer onboarding, account management and operational delivery.
- Develop executive dashboards, reporting and KPI tracking.
- Coordinate Board meetings, executive communications and governance activities.
- Champion the use of AI tools and automation to improve productivity across the business.
- Drive accountability, remove operational bottlenecks and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered.
About You:
- Experience leading business operations within a startup or scale‑up workplace.
- Strong commercial judgement across finance, procurement, administration and operational decision‑making.
- Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects and delivering operational initiatives.
- Experience partnering closely with founders, CEOs or executive leadership teams.
- Highly organised with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands‑on when required.
Preferred Background:
- Experience within SaaS, Artificial Intelligence or technology businesses.
- Exposure to Property Technology (PropTech), Building Controls, Engineering, Facilities Management or Building Services preferred.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding, customer success or account management.
- Experience establishing scalable business processes within high‑growth organisations.
- Practical experience using AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude or similar productivity platforms.
