As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Barber Educator who takes pride in teaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of barbers.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on education role where you’ll train and mentor students through structured academy programs. You won’t be cutting walk‑ins or chasing numbers — your focus is delivering quality education and strong outcomes.

You’ll work with small class sizes, clear systems, and leadership that values excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical barber training (fading, scissor work, razor work,



consultations)
- Demonstrate techniques clearly and confidently
- Mentor students through skill development and assessments
- Maintain academy standards and classroom structure
- Provide feedback that helps students improve quickly
- Support a positive, disciplined learning environment

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years barbering experience
- Strong technical ability and consistency
- Confident communicator with leadership presence
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- Professional, reliable, and organised
- Previous training or mentoring experience (preferred but not essential)
