The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Airport Support Technician to provide on-site technical and operational support for key airport equipment and customer-facing technologies.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a fast-paced or public-facing environment.
Experience in technical support, mechanical maintenance, or troubleshooting of equipment.
Familiarity with kiosk systems, bag-drop technology, or similar automated service devices.
Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions.
Proven experience in a Deskside support workplace performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
Ability to work in Rotational Shifts if needed.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Preferred prior experience with customer facing roles/duties or with airport experience
Preferred prior experience in support mechanical maintenance, airport equipment, kiosks, bag-drop (Amadeus, SITA, CUTE, kiosks, etc.)
Ability to successfully complete a Police Check and Aus Check requirements needed to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card).
