About Caravea

Caravea is a marketing and technology company built for one industry: Australian camping, caravans and RVs.

We help caravan manufacturers, dealers, suppliers and industry businesses sell more vans, generate better leads and modernise the way they operate. We do this through a mix of marketing, websites, software, content and industry-specific digital systems.

Our business is made up of four connected verticals:

Caravea Creative — our agency arm, running Meta and Google campaigns, email lead nurture, creative, reporting and marketing strategy for manufacturers, dealers, suppliers and parks across Australia.

Caravea.au — our consumer marketplace for buying and selling caravans.

Connect — our SaaS platform covering CRM, inventory, warranty and other tools our customers use to run their businesses.

Our website network — a growing network of 110+ caravan-industry websites.

The caravan industry is a big, exciting space, but much of it is still years behind when it comes to modern marketing and technology. That is the opportunity we are building into.

We are a small, fast-paced team, and we are proudly AI‑first. Tools like Claude, ChatGPT and other AI systems are part of how we work every day, not something we occasionally experiment with.

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, organised and switched‑on Marketing Coordinator to help keep our client campaigns moving, accurate and on schedule.

This is not a slow admin role. You will be right in the middle of real campaign work across some of the biggest caravan manufacturers, dealers and outdoor lifestyle brands in Australia.

Campaigns do not run themselves. They need someone who keeps briefs moving, assets organised, ads scheduled, approvals followed up, reports built and clients kept in the loop.

That person will be you.

You will work directly with our CMO across multiple client accounts and be involved in every stage of a campaign, from the first brief through to creative, being on set at shoots, QA, launch, reporting and client communication.

This is a genuine learn‑by‑doing role. You will see how strong offers are built, how ads are written, how campaigns are launched, how lead data is analysed and how client relationships are managed.

It is ideal for someone who wants more responsibility, more exposure and a faster learning curve than a traditional junior marketing role.

What you will do

Coordinate campaigns from start to finish

You will help track campaign timelines from offer confirmation through creative, approval, QA, launch and reporting. Your job will be to keep every milestone moving and make sure nothing gets missed.

You will learn how strong campaign offers are shaped, briefed and turned into ads that generate real enquiries.

Set up tracking and run pre‑launch QA checks

You will test lead forms, check CRM integrations, set up and review tracking links, check UTMs, confirm budgets, review schedules and make sure campaigns are ready before they go live.

Attention to detail matters here. A missed link, broken form or wrong budget can create real problems, so we need someone who takes quality control seriously.

Support paid ad execution

You will help build, schedule and check campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.

You will also monitor spend pacing, lead delivery and early campaign performance.

You do not need to be a full media buyer yet, but you should be comfortable learning inside ad platforms.

Draft and prepare marketing content

You will help write ad copy variations, email nurture sequences, social posts and landing page copy using our briefs and client brand playbooks.

You will need to write clearly, warmly and without fluff.

Build client reports

You will process Meta, Google and CRM data exports into clear, branded monthly performance reports that clients can actually understand.

This includes organising results, checking numbers, pulling out key insights and helping turn raw data into simple client‑friendly summaries.

Support client communication

You will coordinate approvals, send campaign updates, prepare call notes and help build materials for client meetings, monthly reports and quarterly reviews.

You will not be expected to lead every client conversation from day one, but you will be trusted to help keep clients informed and organised.

Manage assets and systems

You will keep brand files, creative libraries, campaign calendars, task boards and internal systems organised and up to date.

A big part of this role is making sure the team can quickly find what they need and know exactly where each campaign is up to.

Help with the bigger picture

You will also support Caravea.au marketing, trade shows, event planning, new client onboarding, content shoots, internal process improvements and the other moving parts that come with a growing company.

What you will bring

We are looking for someone who is organised, curious and ready to learn quickly.

You will ideally have:

- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, agency, content, paid media or coordination role

- A strong can‑do attitude and genuine desire to improve

- Some familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or paid media workflows

- Strong writing skills: clear, warm, accurate and free of fluff

- Good attention to detail, especially when checking copy, links, tracking and client‑facing work

- Confidence working with spreadsheets, data exports and basic performance numbers

- The ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and moving pieces without dropping the ball

- A genuine interest in AI tools and how they can improve marketing workflows

- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

- Comfort working in a fast‑paced team where priorities can move quickly

You do not need to be a fully developed media buyer yet. We can teach you the deeper strategy and technical pieces.

But you do need to be switched on, organised and comfortable working inside marketing platforms, with a real hunger to improve and take ownership of your work.

Nice to have

These are not required, but they would be a bonus:

- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho or similar

- Basic design skills in Canva, Figma or Adobe tools

- Email marketing platform experience such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo

- Experience working in an agency or fast‑paced marketing team

- Experience with TikTok Ads, SEO, CRO or landing pages

- An interest in caravanning, camping, road trips, 4x4s or the outdoors

It helps to care about what our clients sell.

Why join Caravea?

Real responsibility from the start

You will be trusted with meaningful campaign coordination work early, not stuck doing admin for two years.

Learn the full marketing stack

You will get exposure to paid media, creative, email, reporting, client communication, CRM systems, landing pages and campaign strategy in one role.

Direct mentoring from the CMO

You will work closely with the CMO and leadership team, learning how campaigns are planned, launched, analysed and improved across the full marketing funnel.

AI‑first ways of working

You will build practical AI skills that most marketers still will not have for years.

Clear and transparent pay reviews

We run a documented performance‑based pay framework, so you will know how to earn your next increase.

A niche that is genuinely fun

Caravans are big-ticket products with passionate buyers, robust communities and clients who value good work.

A growing company with room to move

Caravea is growing across marketing, software, marketplaces, websites and industry technology. For the right person, this role can grow with the business.

Significant information

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. We strongly believe in the perks of working together, face to face in the office to achieve great outcomes.

Applicants must have Australian working rights.
