About the position

We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Machine Operator to join our Bag Converting Production team.

You will be working in climate-controlled cleanroom.

Manufacturing experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Applicants must have correct approvals to work in Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

- Set up and operate bag-making machinery
- General production labour including packing and palletising
- Perform manual handling of materials and components
- Complete basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance




- Accurate record keeping for production and HACCP
- Conduct quality checks and report issues
- Maintain housekeeping standards in line with HACCP and OHS requirements

What We're Looking For

- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks
- Ability to perform medium lifting up to 20kg as required for manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and production instructions
- Conscientious and positive attitude with strong work ethic including reliability
- Experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude (advantageous)
- You must have full working rights in Australia
