Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator for a major commercial project in Sydney. You will manage subcontract packages from procurement through to final account on a $1Bn+ development, working within a team-oriented, well–resourced team alongside a Commercial Manager and Contracts Manager.

You will bring a degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, 5+ years' experience with head contractors, and proven ability to deliver major commercial
