TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.
Position
Permanent, part‑time Second in Charge (2IC). This role is supported by a Director of Service and focuses on high‑quality care and unforgettable experiences for children.

Oran Park NSW, 2570
Schedule
Monday to Friday split shifts:
• Before school care: 7:00 am – 9:00 am
• After school care: 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm
• Admin: 8 hours total, 38 hours per week.
The Role
As the 2IC you will be a key leader in delivering high‑quality care and creating memorable experiences for children. You will support the Director of Service, maintain safety protocols, and collaborate with parents, school principals and the team.
Responsibilities
• Deliver quality child care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Lead, motivate and support the care team.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues and school staff.
• Assist the Director of Service with daily operations, scheduling and compliance matters.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in before and after school care or related education setting, or willingness to be trained.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced workplace and embraces a playful spirit.
- Strong communicator with children, parents, team members and school principals.
- Team player with excellent problem‑solving skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.
