About Our Client

Our client is a major Federal Government department investing in the modernisation of risk, compliance and governance functions through the ServiceNow platform.

With several programs already underway and additional projects planned throughout 2026 and beyond, they are seeking experienced consultants who can help deliver scalable and sustainable ServiceNow outcomes.

About the Role

As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering complex IRM and GRC solutions within a highly cooperative delivery environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Configuring and enhancing ServiceNow IRM capabilities
- Designing workflows and automation solutions
- Producing solution designs and implementation documentation




- Working closely with architects, business analysts and technical teams

The Successful Candidate

We are interested in professionals who can demonstrate:

- ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience
- Exposure to IRM, GRC, Risk Management or Compliance programs
- Strong workflow design and configuration capability
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ServiceNow CSA certification

Highly regarded

- CIS-RC Certification

Requirements

- Current NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance
