tekFinder has new opportunities for Senior AWS Cloud Engineers within a leading Australian tech company. This business builds and operates production‑grade platforms for large enterprise clients across the country.

Role Overview

We’re looking for strong AWS engineers/generalists who can build production systems and move across platform, infrastructure, data, AI or application problems.

Typical Week

- 40% hands‑on AWS build – Terraform/IaC, compute, storage, networking, IAM
- 30% architecture and design work with client engineering and security teams
- 20% translating ambiguous client problems into technical recommendations
- 10% contributing to reusable patterns and internal engineering practice

Qualifications

- Robust hands‑on AWS experience across production systems.
- Broad AWS fundamentals – compute, storage, IAM, networking, observability, managed services.
- Infrastructure as Code experience, ideally Terraform.
- Ability to move fluidly between architecture and hands‑on delivery.
- Strong judgment on trade‑offs: cost, security, reliability, delivery.
- Bonus: AWS certifications.
