About the Role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing support, handling enquiries, and assisting with insurance-related requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer enquiries and leads
- Prepare and provide insurance quotes
- Assist with policy changes and amendments
- Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct follow-ups with clients
- Follow up on outstanding payments
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred)
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Valuable computer skills and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow within the industry
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
